Dental Dread.

So today, today was a lazy day. I didn't work all that much today, despite being in the building over twelve hours. And I'm okay with that, because I did already work over fifty hours this week so far, and that may well be enough. It won't quite take care of the brake job I had to get done last week, much less the oral surgery I need next week, but it's a start.

Heh heh m heh heh. Oral.

Yeah, as it turns out, one of the root canals I had a year or so back didn't take. Almost exactly two years ago, I was in the midst of a ton of dental work, and one such thing that needed doing was a root canal. This on a tooth that had recently been given a crown. And this being the first root canal I had ever needed. That was a spectacular coincidence.

After that root canal, and another one I needed just a week later, which was even more suspicious, I was mostly sorted. But last year, one of the root canalled teeth decided that it was going to get infected again, and I developed a horrible spot on my gums where ick was bubbling out of it. It would get big, pop, and then go down. Rinse, repeat, and so on and so forth.

Six months ago, my dentist tells me that I need to get that fixed if it doesn't stop. Well, it didn't stop, so now I'm going to get yet another procedure done on it, this time a root canal from the side, since that's where the disturbance apparently is. All I have to say to that is that I better get some good pain killers out of this. So I can save a few more up for when I get the migraines.

But I'm sure I'll need a bunch for the actual pain I'll be in on Tuesday. And Wednesday. And Thursday. And and and.
